I honestly can't say enough good things about Puente Hills Toyota. Previously, I had spent a few weeks doing the usual negotiation grind at other dealerships around LA, it was miserable and I was getti Hills Toyota. I saw the car I was looking for online and reached out to Alvin, the Puente Hills internet sales manager, and it was shockingly easy. We negotiated the entire deal before I ever stepped foot in the door. It took maybe 15 minutes, then he sent it to me in writing just so I knew it was all on the up and up. Showed up, did a test drive, it was all very no pressure. I signed the deal with Sheryl in finance, she's totally great and even cut me even more of a deal on the financing (which was already a great price, I checked in with Consumer Reports and all that). Then, days after I signed, Sheryl and Kathryn called to tell me they could even lower my monthly payments further. I repeat, AFTER THE DEAL WAS SIGNED AND I DROVE AWAY they helped me get an even better price. On what planet does a dealership do that? Puente Hills is great.
