He made us feel like he was listening to what we needed and willing to help us find a car that was right for us. He was very honest, and helped us learn a lot about each car. It felt like we were working with an old friend rather than a car salesman. While deciding which car I wanted to buy, I was really worried about not being able to afford the car of my dreams, Armand told us simply "I'll work with you." That made me feel like it would be possible to drive off in a car that I loved rather than just settling for another.
