My wife and I went in on Black Friday for a Prius based on the promotion email that Derrick had sent us. I was very doubtful about the promotion price, as I had heard of many such tricks to bait the custom on the promotion email that Derrick had sent us. I was very doubtful about the promotion price, as I had heard of many such tricks to bait the customers in with a good price and then tell them the vehicle on promotion had already sold out. Derrick met us at 9:00 AM sharp and took us to his office, where we had the most pleasant car buying experience ever. He offered the promotion price, let us pick the color, and, quite opposite to my expectation, did not try to sell any "options." No pushes, no hard sells, no gimmicks. He was very patient and understanding when my wife wanted to call some friends discussing financing terms. In the end, with the help of the friendly finance manager, we drove our new car off in less than two hours, at the promotion price, not a penny more. I would highly recommend Derrick for his honesty, friendliness and patience. He changed my view on car salesmen. He will definitely have more business from us in the future. More
I have been looking for a bigger suv/truck for about a week. i was driving a 2012 Honda Civic SI coupe. For the past 4 years I've been looking at the Tacoma. I went to Longo and they didn't want to make a week. i was driving a 2012 Honda Civic SI coupe. For the past 4 years I've been looking at the Tacoma. I went to Longo and they didn't want to make a deal. I went to West Covina and there was a sale man i knew who personally said not to buy from there. So I called Puente Hills after looking at their inventory online and spoke to David Cervantes. I asked him about a unit if it was in stock still. He said let me see and put me on a brief hold. He came back on the phone and said" yes sir i have it and i have the keys in my hand." I replied, "sweet hold it for me ill be there in about 30mins to look at it." When is arrived to the dealership he had the truck ready. It was a 2014 Tacoma 4doors, 4cylinder, with alloy rims and navi. He said lets go on a test drive. So I went and I explained to him my situation and said that if we can make a deal I want the truck. He said, "no problem he thinks that a deal can be made." But I also told him that I really liked the v6 but I wasn't happy about the price. He then said ok, he understands. We then did the credit report and of course i had tier 1. He then said to meet him outside and he said lets compare the V6, big difference!!! I told him i liked it and he said ok lets deal. He then worked numbers and number and number. Until i felt it was a fair price. So I committed to a 2014 crew cab Tacoma dark grey, pre-runner with the sr5 package V6. Overall the service was great and he wasn't pushy. He was nice and made me comfortable. He did give me a great deal and I was happy. I sent him a couple of customers and i know he will make the deal for them. REMEMBER: On Tacomas there are never factory rebates or incentives. Ive been looking at them for awhile. They are trucks in their own class that Ford, Chevy, Dodge stop making small pickups because they CANT COMPETE. Nissan is their only competitor and the Frontier is a ok truck. Also take in consideration when purchasing a Tacoma. You pay 26k for years you want to sell and you get about 18k to 22k depends on miles. People never get rid of them and they hold value very great. Albert was very knowledgeable and extremely understanding of my situation. I needed to cut a deal in a certain price budget, all while getting a quality and reliable car for work. He took my gas guzzling SUV off my hands and put me into my much more efficient Camry SE. All I can say is man I love this car. It's affordable, drives great, gets great mpg and still has just the right amount of power. I can't say thank you enough to Albert and the rest of the Puente Hills team for the excellent experience I had. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone and remember to ask for Albert. More
Puente Hills Toyota basically beats the price from the surrounding Toyota dealerships. Upon my first phone call to this dealership, David Cervantes greeted me and from that point on it was a seamless pro surrounding Toyota dealerships. He found the exact car and trim that we were looking for and provided us the price that we were hoping to get in a very timely manner. After agreeing on the price, we had to wait for a shortwhile before he took us to the Finance Manager, Jose Diaz, who is very professional and super friendly to finalize the deal. Jose was very concise and clear in walking us thru the paperwork and final contracts. Overall, both of them have provided superb customer service and would definitely recommend going to this dealership. The only con is that we thought the waiting period before processing the final paperwork with the Finance dept. was a big lengthy. It was late on a weekday night and we only saw at the most 2 other customers. We would hope that the waiting time could've been improved, but overall Puente Hills Toyota has given More

Crooks. Honestly, Just bought a brand new car from them and a hard part is failing mechanically and they will not warranty it. It is brand new less then 5 months old. I bought it with 0 miles on it.
