The sales process was a breeze, the price was excellent, we love the Lexus SUV 350, and although it sounds crazy, my wife is looking forward to returning to the dealership for the 5,000 mile service. Charles Barker personnel are pleasant, courteous and professional. I have used the service department to maintain my Lexus and purchased a second previously Lexus several years ago. Throughout my ten-year relationship with Charles Barker Lexus, I have been always received first-class professional service. I have especially enjoyed working with two employees, Lillie Stanfield and John Ketch. Lillie has been my service advisor and her support has been outstanding. She is a very conscientious young lady, who always performs in a low-key but professional manner. She understands customer service and is a joy to deal with. Her pleasant demeanor and ability to get along with the customer make service visits less stressful. John was my salesman when purchasing a used Lexus. He was personable, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable of his product line. He made the purchase easy and I have returned several times with questions about the equipment or how to use the navigation system, as examples.
