On June 26, around 9:30 am I arrived at the service department without an appointment. A female service staff member patiently listened to my concern and then graciously explained something that I did department without an appointment. I had an appointment at 12:45 pm for and oil and filter change and tire rotation which tool almost 2 1/2 hours. After 2 hours I went out to service desk to check on my vehicle and was told they were waitin change and tire rotation which tool almost 2 1/2 hours. After 2 hours I went out to service desk to check on my vehicle and was told they were waiting to hear back from the technician. I went back to waiting room and waited another 15 minutes and went back out and they said it was just brought out. I asked what took so long when it was only supposed to take 1 1/2 hours and one of other Service Writers said they were short-staffed and I said that was the first I had heard about it. I told them they shouldn't be scheduling so many appointments if they don't have staff to do the work. Then he printed my bill and charged me for my oil change and tire rotation. I was only charged for tire rotation which I felt I shouldn't have been charged for as long as I waited. No Customer Service or consideration whatsoever. More
