I have priority for life. When I arrived at the dealership for my appointment I was told it was no longer valid. Proper customer service would have been to notify the customer prior to their appointment so they could have gone elsewhere. In addition, I notated when making my appointment I had a light on the dashboard that needed to be looked at. On arrival I was told I needed to make a separate appointment but they would see what they could do. When my car was done they didn’t even mention the light, and it was still on. I’ll be going elsewhere from this point forward. More
I hate not to be able to need something simple like an oil change and have to wait more than a week AND still have to wait more than two hours for a 30 minute job.
