Worst customer service ever: 2. 5 hour wait for oil change (with an appointment to wait for service); rude, insolent service rep (Jennifer Tucker); meaningless on-line statuses that 5 hour wait for oil change (with an appointment to wait for service); rude, insolent service rep (Jennifer Tucker); meaningless on-line statuses that never changed (“inspection pending”) for 2 hours; uncaring service manager (Neil Young) who ignored the voice mail message I left that evening and refused to come to the phone the next day when I called for him (was told “he’s in payroll and can’t come out for anyone”), forcing me to drive across town to register my concerns in person). I met in person with sales manager Julie Felix, who was very courteous, professional, helpful, and proactive. She and sales rep Rachel Zastrow provided top notch attention to my problem. More
