My experience has not been the best, to say the least. One, there seems to be a different group of service personnel almost every visit. I would choose another dealer except there is not one closer. Two, the most recent recall is being handled in the worst way in my opinion. Have to wait 10 months to get parts. I know the dealer doesn’t supply the parts but I was told I was on a waiting list. It’s a lie, I was told three times about the waiting list. The recall says call dealer, dealer says call Honda. They say call dealer, this will definitely push me away for Honda. They say the fuel pump could go bad at anytime, I can’t trust my Honda on a long trip in fear the fuel pump might go out. Three, overall the dealer has seemed anti- customer and service used to be a goo experience. Realize, I bought the Honda shortly after Priority started business there, but I am asked every time if I bought the vehicle from them. Like I am not a Priority customer. So there you go, service people wanted to argue and make you feel like you don’t know your vehicle. I’m not sure what will happen, but most people I talked to will not return. Sad, my Hondas have been very good to me. More
