Terrible service I called 3 different times to check status of our car that was dropped off the night before. Customer service rep was not helpful and rude. I never received a call when my car was done and just took a chance to see if it was done and I was told that I should have received a text. I was charged 150.00 to tell me to use a different cord. Problem is we had been using that cord and it would charge the phone but not connect to Apple car play. Went back by the dealer the next day and was told to get an Apple cord. Tried that and still didn’t work. When I called to talk to the service manager he said I could make an appointment to bring it back. It’s my daughter’s car that was getting ready to go back to college and that was not an option. He informed me that that was a recommendation from Honda to try an Apple cord they didn’t know of that would work. I was told I wouldn’t be charged again. I was charged for them to do nothing.. I have bought 3 cars in 5 years from this dealership and have all our service done here. This is the first time we have had a bad experience but I am so disappointed More

Adam is the GOAT of Priority Service. He responds to text messages when my vehicle is in for servicing in a timely manner, he is always to professional and polite and he provides detaile He responds to text messages when my vehicle is in for servicing in a timely manner, he is always to professional and polite and he provides detailed explanations of items needing attention. I had an issue with my car this past Saturday, and Taylor did an amazing job getting it in and taken care of quickly! She was quick to respond to me when I had questions. Way to go Priority for a Service team that is really amazing! More
