I dropped my truck off in the morning before work, with at 09:30 appt time. I got there at 16:45 and they had "just gotten it in". If it says a drop-off is fair game somewhere, I didn't see it. They do good work, but after working all day and going to get your car to find out you have to wait 45min after they had it all day...not a good experience. More
