The communication was poor and the car took two days to do a diagnostic check and replace the battery. It was recommended that I get $3,000 worth of work when all that was needed was a new battery. Very pleased with how quickly they were able to get our Pilot in for service. Work was completed quickly and we received notification that we could pick up our vehicle. Service Advisor was very personable Pilot in for service. Work was completed quickly and we received notification that we could pick up our vehicle. As I stated earlier in a survey, I was very surprised to hear at a recent service appointment that I needed new tires on my 2022 CRV after only driving 21,000 miles in a 2 year period. I expressed my dissa hear at a recent service appointment that I needed new tires on my 2022 CRV after only driving 21,000 miles in a 2 year period. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the service manager. He offered to give me $20 to get my car inspected elsewhere and said he didn’t care where I purchased my tires. The offer was an insult and I will try to find another dealership. Perhaps they will offer better customer service. I purchased the car for over $32000. I dropped my truck off in the morning before work, with at 09:30 appt time. I got there at 16:45 and they had "just gotten it in". If it says a drop-off is fair game somewhere, I didn't see it.
