We had been looking for a new van for several weeks narrowing it down to Toyota and Honda. We did most of our research on the computer including asking for quotes from both dealers. We then visited both the Toyota and Honda dealers to do an evaluation of each van to see which meets our demands (we're golfers and need a lot of space for bags). Although both dealers were great to work with and we especially appreciated that neither salesperson took a "shot" at the other's car, we ended up prefering the Honda and much of that was do to the salesman, Bill Sizemore. He never pressured us in any way and didn't bring out the dreaded "general manager" to talk to us which had always been something that happened at other dealers (not Honda) we had dealt with in past years. My husband did not care as much about the color of the van but I wanted the blue and Bill did everything in his power to find us one. No dealer had a blue one so Bill located one that was coming off the assembly line in Alabama in the next two weeks. We were willing to wait and the van showed up on the date he said it would. Bill is an impressive young man who I would recommend to any friend or family member (in fact we have already given his card to a friend who is interested in a new Honda). This is our first Honda and we hope that the service in the future at Rick Woodson Honda will match the great salesmanship, I'll keep you posted. More

I had been looking at a used Civic Si from another local dealer. They claimed the car was "Certified" Honda certified. I talked with Bill Sizemore, he suggested I come down and look at a new Civic Si that had just arrived. I did it was still wrapped in plastic. I already had a pre-approved loan, but he said Honda was offering special financing, so why not. I really didnt expect anything to come from it, my credit isnt bad, but isnt 800 either. At no time did they presure me for the sale. This was on a Friday. A couple of days went by and I hadnt heard from them so I figured no deal. Then Bill Sizemore called me and said they had got me GREAT rate. Could not believe it! I had never had a car dealer go out of their way to get me such a good rate. Never! I will be a repeat customer of Rick Woodson Honda, they have restored my faith in car salesman/dealers...at least the ones at Rick Woodson Honda. More

We were greeted by a friendly salesman, Bill Sizemore of Rick Woodson Honda when we first began our search. His knowledge and desire to help was the best I've ever encountered. He could answer any question we had and even offered to meet with us after the dealership had closed in case we could not make it there by closing time. I would recommend Bill to any perspective buyer. After we decided on and purchased a new Accord, Bill spent several hours showing and demonstrating the features of the car before we drove off. And what a fantastic vehicle!!! Honda keeps making improvements and we really appreciate all the new technology that' incorporated into this vehicle. Many years ago we were browsing at Rick Woodson Honda, and I saw an Accord that was really beautiful but beyond my means. Larry was showing us various features, and I finally told him that when he got a used one of these, several years from then, to give me a call. He gave us his card, but I really didn't pay much attention. Perhaps 3 years later, he called to say they had the car. We didn't buy anything then, but I was so impressed by his attention to detail and to his customers, that we've gone to him ever since. My latest purchase was the first I've done on my own, without my husband's presence, and Larry was helpful throughout the process. The price for the car and trade-in was fair, he ordered exactly what we wanted, kept us informed on the shipping process, and when I picked it up, went through everything in detail, including setting my favorite stations on the radio and showing me all the bells and whistles which otherwise would have remained a mystery for a long time.
