I had a positive experience making a purchase from Rick Woodson Honda. I felt the sales person I worked with was not unduly influenced (pressured) to make the sale, which allowed him to work at making the Woodson Honda. I was a little taken aback at the manner in which the extended warranty + protective top coat were presented at closing; I would have been more comfortable researching the warranty itself, prior to making an on the spot decision about it, however, I have done some research after the fact, and the Honda certified warranty is actually a pretty good deal. Al in all , a good experience, (aside from the manner in which the topcoat and warranty were presented) and I would recommend this dealership to others, with the caveat that they do the research on the Honda extended warranty prior to closing. I've always gotten great service from Woodson with Hondas not purchased from their dealership. I wrongly assumed Woodson would not be competitive with larger dealerships on a new purchase and planned on get not purchased from their dealership.
