Excellent Customer Service Realized that I was past due an oil change and tire rotation and contacted the service department early Saturday morning. They indicated that even though they were extremely busy, to go ahead and bring my vehicle in. I did not have to wait very long once there and when the service was complete, they ran my CRV through their car wash. I never once was made to feel as if they were rushing me through. They appeared very thankful that I continue to bring my vehicle to them for service, and I don't see myself going anywhere else for service.
