Warranty Repair I had a problem with moisture seeping into my tail light assembly. I took my car into the dealership, they took pictures, got an approval to replace I had a problem with moisture seeping into my tail light assembly. I took my car into the dealership, they took pictures, got an approval to replace the lens assembly, and replaced my lens at no cost to me. The service only took about 20 minutes and I was on my way. I am very pleased with the quality service I have received at this dealership and will continue to be a returning customer. More

The email said there was just one question. When I answered yes, you switched me to this one which REQUIRES me to enter a titled review. One reason I would not recommend this service center is the policy of saying you can't do a recall repair for about 6 weeks. Yet when I need something that I will be paying for, you can always get me in within a week. I wrote to Sally Woodson about this and several other things that degrade your service dept. I never got a reply from her. I have 2 Hondas, very good cars. But I think I will have to switch to Toyotas in the hope their service dept. has more customer friendly policies and procedures. More
Best buying experience I have purchased many cars before (too many to count!) and I've never had a seamless experience like the one provided by Woodson Honda. I knew exactl I have purchased many cars before (too many to count!) and I've never had a seamless experience like the one provided by Woodson Honda. I knew exactly what I was looking for (2017 Honda CRV Touring) and was shown the two vehicles on the lot. The CRV was fully explained, along with all of the upgrades and new additions for this model year. Both Larry Dunn (sales person) and Julie Felix (sales manager) were fair and easy to work with. Larry walked me through the CRV and helped me pick out the accessories I would need to make this car my own. Julie Felix provided fair and upfront pricing. Because of the nature of my work I had very little time to worry with haggling over price...and much to my surprise, they beat every other dealer around. The process to buy the CRV took only a half hour from start to finish and Larry ensured that the car was ready and waiting when I stopped by to pick it up. A huge thank you to Larry, Julie, Carl and the whole Woodson team for making this purchase the best yet. I will be back and will send my friends and family your way. More
