The service was quick, and this year the car is 6 years old, they notice through their routine check list, that the battery was low. Since my wife doesn't drive much, and most of that is just a couple of miles to the grocery store, it really did not surprise me the battery was low. We just need to take a good trip and then have the battery checked again. It is most inconvenient to be caught with a dead battery when you really need the car....
