I initially inquired about the 2019 Honda Insight using online re Woodson Honda gave prompt follow-up with online, e-mail, and phone/text contact. I initially inquired about the 2019 Honda Insight using online research. Then I used my Consumer Reports (online) membership for a CR "True Base Price" from Woodson and other area dealers. I had contact with two other dealers plus Woodson. (Woodson is geographically the closest, and I had previous positive experience with the service department.) Woodson (Danny Beckner) responded online with competitive pricing; Bobby Bishop (Sales) followed up. I continued to follow up with Bobby Bishop who respected my questions and personal timing for test driving and decision-making. Since I buy a car once every decade (!), I had to readjust to a dealer's sometimes murky process of finding cars and exchanging cars among dealerships, if it is not already on its lot. So it might sound to a customer that an automobile is immediately available, when in reality it is NOT. That was my case--and Julie and Bobby worked to find a car from another dealer in a short timeframe--like the next day--rather than waiting another month (for delivery). This enabled me to use it for a couple imminent pre-planned road trips, which gave me a few hundred miles of driving experience, adjustment, and pleasure in a new model. More
