I left my car for an oil change at my appointment time of 7:45 am. I came back at 3 pm and sadly it was not ready yet. I had to wait an additional hour. I’ve had to bring my car in there several times in short amounts of time. Very very expensive. Daniel was very quickly and helpful in a stressful situation. He responded to my questions fairly promptly while my vehicle was being serviced and helped talk me through the situation kindly and with situation. Great sales department. The car was ready as promised with the additional equipment installed. Lisa and Justin were great to work with. They resolved every question and allowed us plenty of time to talk to ensure our comfort level with the deal. The final process of signatures and agreements were clear and comfortable. Future service is very important to me. Is is my understanding there are 2 possible recalls on my vehicle. As the vehicle is less than 3 months old I expect a quick resolution.
