Nik was open minded and actually listened to my concerns and stayed within my price range, rather than pushing for a vehicle that wasn't. Listening to the customer and finding what works best for them is one of the most fundamentally important aspects of sales and Nik is truly a professional in this regard.I was worried thay I would feel pressured or anxious during my visit and that was not the case at all. He made me feel at home, and it was like talking to a friend. Nik was also attentive to my best friend, whom I had brought along for moral support. Niks level of kindness and hospitality were amazing and so very welcoming. We were offered water and given a tour upon arrival, which was very also excellent. During the test drive, he was explaining the features of the kia and answered any questions I had with clarity. To sum things up, I would highly reccomend Nikolas to anybody looking for a vehicle, especially those who are nervous about buying their first car. I'm happy to say that I will never look anywhere else other than priority after my experience-it was that wonderful. More

We were also impressed by the well-designed customer service experience of the entire dealership - free Starbucks, movies, and manicures are nice perks. When we came for our first appointment to have our accessories installed, everything ran smoothly and efficiently (faster than expected). Most importantly, we love our new car!!! Good experience I knew it was time for a new car. I wasn't really sure of what I wanted or where to start. I had a long relationship with my Honda civic of 10 years w I knew it was time for a new car. I wasn't really sure of what I wanted or where to start. I had a long relationship with my Honda civic of 10 years with close to 300k miles. It was hard for me to even fathom getting a new vehicle. Although my car was in good condition I knew it wouldn't be able to withstand the extended miles I needed. Travis, was a great help in assisting me in getting my 2013 Toyota Camry. Initially, I thought I wanted an acura because it was made by Honda; a brand I trusted from my older vechicle. I wasn't sure if I liked the hybrid or not. Travis suggested I get the car and if I didn't like it, I could bring it back for something else. As a consumer, this was really important to me that I could trust his word as a salesmen. He stuck by his word and I was able to get the camry due to priority's exchange services that they have when unsure of what vechicle a buyer wants. No additional fees or anything hidden was applied. I love my camry and the upgrades I didn't expect to get. He also made sure to link me with Marie for my service of my car. When buying my car, it had some water stains. Marie made sure this was all taken care of. The first contractor they had couldn't get all the stains out, however she scheduled me with another contractor that would be sure to detail my car making it look like it got a brand new paint job. Soon as she saw me in the dealership, she had someone take my keys to get started right away since I had been in/out a few times over the course of time. Again, this was all free of charge being that I bought the car with those conditions. Overall, I am well pleased and feel happy being apart of the priority family. Buying a new car doesn't have to be so scary after all. More
