The service center performed my X3 M40i's first oil and filter change. Lauren was the service advisor assigned to me. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting things squared away. I had opted to wait in the dealership's lounge, and was appreciative that she stopped by there to update me on the progress of the service. Total time at the service center was approximately 90 minutes. All in all, this was a great service experience. More

Donavan at BMW sets the bar high! He is professional, communicative, compassionate & truly makes me a priority. We are all busy in today’s world, time is money, Donavan understands this. For this reason I will continue to be loyal to BMW & I plan to purchase an M8, as soon as they get it in, because of their service. We bought the car in Austin because of the dismal sales experience in SA. I wish I could take it to Austin for service. Waited twenty minutes to get my car after paying. Stood out on the driveway waiting a experience in SA. I wish I could take it to Austin for service. Waited twenty minutes to get my car after paying. Stood out on the driveway waiting and no one said a word to me. Dealership won’t take a credit card unless I pay the fee. That’s absurd. You pay over $100 for an oil change that I can get at Valvoline for half and even Valvoline takes credit cards without a fee. I also own a Mercedes and they take credit cards without a fee. More
