I try to avoid going to dealerships when looking at the newer models especially when I’m just looking with no intention of buying and sales people can be very pushy making you feel like you need to buy a v newer models especially when I’m just looking with no intention of buying and sales people can be very pushy making you feel like you need to buy a vehicle at that exact moment, but with Cayden Hall this was a whole different experience for me in a good way. To keep it short he let me see and even let me test drive the vehicle I’ve always wanted. He was not nagging or being pushy very understandable and helpful , he truly felt as family but also professional. When it’s time to buy my vehicle he’s my go to guy. More

I am writing to express my disappointment following my experience on Friday while attempting to negotiate the purchase of a new BMW. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I have always associated BMW wit experience on Friday while attempting to negotiate the purchase of a new BMW. As a loyal customer for over a decade, I have always associated BMW with excellence — until now. The process began with my interest in a BMW X3. After discussing a $2,000 down payment, my salesperson — who was very courteous — returned with a proposed monthly payment that was shockingly high, comparable to the cost of renting an apartment. I made it immediately clear that this offer was entirely unacceptable. When asked what would be more appropriate, I explained that the payment needed to be nowhere near the figure presented. The salesperson then returned with an offer nearly half of the original — revealing that the initial proposal was not made in good faith. Even so, the revised payment remained unreasonably high. For context, in 2024, I had explored purchasing the same model, and the monthly payments were far more reasonable. In response, I pivoted my interest to a smaller model, only to be offered a payment nearly identical to that of the larger X3 — differing by only a few dollars. This felt manipulative and highly unprofessional. To add further insult, the trade-in offer for my current vehicle was shockingly low — frankly, insulting. As a woman and as a long-time BMW customer, I left the dealership feeling disrespected, demeaned, and utterly disappointed. I am not someone who can be taken advantage of, nor am I someone who will tolerate subpar equal to criminal treatment. This experience was not just distasteful; it was entirely beneath the reputation BMW claims to uphold. In fact, it felt borderline predatory. Up until this experience, I had consistently given BMW glowing reviews, especially up to 2020. Following my poor experience, the BMW sales manager Brad reached out for a follow-up call. Unfortunately, the call only served to remind me of the negative experience. I informed him that I was unavailable at the time and requested a callback at 4 PM. Although he agreed, no return call was made. More
