Aside from previous experiences with Prince Frederick Dodge with not being able to have the "service" department answer the phone, there apparently is no follow up to emails sent to an assistant service Dodge with not being able to have the "service" department answer the phone, there apparently is no follow up to emails sent to an assistant service manager either. When asked, via email, why on the Vehicle Checkup checklist the Transfer Case, Differential and Axle Boots were all listed as n/a there has been no response. The vehicle clearly is 4-wheel drive so those components exists. One has to wonder if the items on the checklist were actually inspected. More
I purchased my vehicle from PFCDJR. I am not happy with Dodge in general and PFCDJR for the ridiculous charge for a fuel filter. 1. You charged me $323.90 for a fuel filter which is ro I am not happy with Dodge in general and PFCDJR for the ridiculous charge for a fuel filter. 1. You charged me $323.90 for a fuel filter which is robbery. CarQuest filter is less than 1/3 of this price! 2. Electric Braking System ABS Pump Motor Control in alarm. Hydraulic control unit is available BUT ABS Module is under development with no promise date. Alarm NOT repaired. The repair cost quoted for this safety issue is also outrageous: $1449.66. 3. Keyless entry on the passenger side has been inoperable since vehicle purchase. PER PFCDJR only three exist in the US and reside at other dealerships. Keyless entry NOT repaired. 4.Total charges for a fuel filter and oil change $741.56 and no repair available for the two main reasons for coming to PFCDJR. Not a good experience. The rest of the ratings in the survey reflect this experience. My next diesel will be a GMC unless a reasonable remedy to this situation is offered by PFCDJR. Clearly my primary issues are with PFCDJR and Dodge Ram NOT with your service representatives. More
