It’s with great dismay that I’m here leaving a negative review of your establishment. We chose this dealership due to its high review/praise of work and customer service. Unfortunately this is not what we review of your establishment. We chose this dealership due to its high review/praise of work and customer service. Unfortunately this is not what we received. Long story short we took our vehicle (Pacifica Hybrid) here multiple times to fix a check engine light. Work was completed and money was paid but the problem still persisted. We took the vehicle to another Chrysler dealership where they found the problem. Turns out your dealership missed the problem and or caused the problem. This was explained to us by the new dealership as well as the warranty company. Upon hearing this news we reached out to you to help make this situation right. Unfortunately we were met with hostility, anger, and immaturity from several members of your management team. Excuses upon excuses to the point where we as the customer were blamed for your inefficiency. Very unprofessional and disappointing for a business who receives such high praise. Look we all make mistakes. It’s nothing personal. As a business it’s up to you to provide good customer service and not take things like this personally. Your actions show your true colors in tough situations such as this. Instead of showing empathy, compassion, and professionalism you chose the opposite. Very disappointing and disheartening. In the end we had to contact Chrysler Cooperate for help. They agreed with us and put the full blame and fault on Prince Frederick Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM. We hope this review helps others make a good informed and educated decision about who they are really doing business with. More

I ordered and received a 2022 RAM REBEL Echo-diesel from the dealership. the whole process was great. the the price offered in trade of my Gladiator and the discounts offered on the truck were great. I don't think i could have gotten a better deal anywhere. Jesse and the sales team were outstanding. Service has been good. Jennifer, Tina and I have had numerous encounters over my radio, my hands free module as well as a throttle/accelerator pedal relay/sending unit. As mentioned, the service team has been great. That said, RAM parts seem to take a long time to ship or fulfil an order to our neck of the woods. I waited almost three weeks for a throttle body replacement part, which didn't correct my issue and now have been waiting over two weeks for an accelerator pedal relay or sending unit. Not exactly sure what is. It has a "star" work order on it and RAM advised hooking up a sensor. Service mechanic was great and figured out it was likely associated with the accelerator pedal. I've had the vehicle and am driving it as alternative transportation is not available but the "bucking" due to the sending unit not working as it should is a little unsettling sometimes. So, in short, the beef is not with Prince Frederick CDJR but with RAM parts supply chain and delivery as i patiently await the arrival of the part. I'd buy another vehicle from PFCDJR and will continue to use the dedicated service department for my maintenance needs. More

When my wife and I pulled into your lord this past Monday, we purposely did it a bit late hoping to NOT attract attention. Just looking. I just wanted to get an idea on price for a RAM truck. Past experiences from other dealers made us feel like hamburger in a piranha tank. I was walking back to my wife's car because no price stickers visible on trucks that appealed to me. But Mr. Robbie Gaines approached me, asking if I had any questions. I took a chance and told him what I was looking for. He immediately pulled Keys to all 4 trucks I expressed an interest in. ,Then went back inside to get a plate to test them.. He patiently put up with my wife and I testing several trucks. I apologized for the late hour, HIS response was I don't leave until my last customer is satisfied. He figured out a trade in for my truck , that was not even with me and presented me with a total price . I told him I wanted to take the price home and talk it over with my wife. No objections , he told me he worked open to closing next day., I told him I was pretty sure I was going to buy the third ram I tested and I would be back at 0900. No pressure to not leave. THAT IS WHAT HELPED ME DECIDE TO BUY IT. I TEXTED Robbie 0900 Tuesday morning , I had forgotten I needed to remove all my gear after I picked up my trade in from the shop. Robbie had my truck under the tent , filled with gas and cleaned. He had me set up with the lady who takes care of aftermarket stuff like bed liner, protective treatments, side steps. She was very knowledgeable. The next step was where I have walked out before ,FINANCING. Dee was very transparent and thorough explaining all the warranty plans and finance options. All in all a very complete and surprisingly comfortable experience. My wife and I will be recommending your dealership. More
