My check engine light came on so I stopped in without an appointment, they looked at it right away and diagnosed problem. I have had all my oil changes there and thought I had a leak and asked about it during the past few visits and told there was no leak. I went last week for an oil change snd I am now told that I have a leak in my oil pan which is not covered any longer because I am over 60k miles. So I now have to leave it overnight because they can’t finish it that day which was frustrating. Besides that, When I made the oil change appt. I explained that my rear door on the passenger side will not open and was told that they would fix that while I was there for the oil change. When I picked it up the next day, after spending over 500.00 I was told that the car was all set. I tried to open the rear passenger door and it was not fixed. I go back into the dealership and ask the person at the desk and he said he would go in the back and check. When he came back out, he explained that the part to fix it was not in stock and had to be ordered which should have been explained to me before I left my car overnight. He said he would have Marvin call me and it I have not received a phone call. Now I will have to go back again when the part comes in and waste more time on something that should have been taken care of. More
