Sales rep indicated it should take about an hour, and that he would notify me when the vehicle was done. I went to take a call outside where the car was in the parking lot. I waited about 15-20 minut that he would notify me when the vehicle was done. I went to take a call outside where the car was in the parking lot. I waited about 15-20 minutes and went inside to verify if the vehicle was done yet. It was. No one came to notify me that the car was done. Wasted 20 minutes. More
Horrible location for service. Been going to them for over 6 years for service but recently they fell off. Dropped brand new car off for check engine light. They were able to diagn Been going to them for over 6 years for service but recently they fell off. Dropped brand new car off for check engine light. They were able to diagnose the issue via the code but can’t fix it because the check engine light shut off. Had my car for 3 days and I pick it up, inspect the vehicle and there’s a nail in sidewall of the tire. Had to play the blame game on whose responsibility it is. Because of $120 I will never do business here again with any of my Hyundais. More
