Dear Reviewer, We have been in business for over 30 years because we care about our customers and do everything we can to provide them with the type of experience we would want our close family members to have, so when I read your review I was shocked as this is not the way in which we conduct business nor is it the type of service we provide our customers. We have done a thorough review of all of our records and we have not had a situation occur at our dealership as the one you describe in your review. First, due to insurance requirements salespeople are required to go on test drives with customers and second we never let a test drive go out if a vehicle is low on gas. Without further information we are unable to verify your claims, as such kindly provide us with your name and the salesperson that assisted you as well as the approximate date of your visit so that we may investigate this matter fully. Please rest assured that providing us with this information will not result in any retaliation as you stated in your review. It is our number one concern to address and alleviate any issues for customers and we have never nor would we ever use your personal information in the manner in which you describe. There are strict privacy laws against that and much regulation of businesses to safeguard private information. Using your information as you stated would amount to a criminal violation as well as violations of several governmental regulatory agencies and I assure you we, like other dealerships, take our responsibility to safeguard this information very seriously. To Lisa Anjos Lisa, I read your response back, and if you think that I'm going to give you my info, you're nuts. Just because something is illegal, doesn't mean that it isn't done and done every day. With all our personal info in your possession, you can do a lot of things/damage with it. So, I will not take a chance on screwing myself by giving you what you need to find out who I am. So, I respectfully say...sorry. BUT, I can assure you that my review is 1000% accurate. I would have NO reason whatsoever to write such a scathing review if it weren't true. It has taken a lot of time, and e-mails between me and even DealerRater staff to prove my review as truthful. I have WAYYY more important things I could be doing with my time then spending hours typing up e-mails that were lies. My time is a LOT more valuable to me than to waste it doing things like that. And what iwould there be for me to gain from doing all this? That said, Lisa, I say this respectfully to you because I don't know you, or anything about you. But you work for the absolute WORST dealership in the world...PERIOD! And I'll be honest with you, I actually BOUGHT a car from pride before. I purchased a used Ford T-Bird and wasn't happy about the experience then, but I was just an ignorant kid then and loved the car so much, I just didn't care. But Lisa, I have easily been in over a hundred different dealerships in 7 different states in my lifetime. I have bought many used and several new cars and I have never seen a worse dealership family (I say family because I have been in 4 different Pride dealerships) I have ever collectively seen. This means that there are the same problems at EVERY one of your dealership locations. NEVER in my life have I had or have ever heard of anyone else having done to them what was done to my poor family. I wish with all my heart I could actually tell EVERY detail about what happened to us and by whom, because everyone that reads this would be SHOCKED! So, I will let it be known that I didn't even tell everything that was done to us. Not even close! (I told DealerRater staff a lot more stuff to prove the truthfulness of this review. They would not have posted it otherwise. But K won't tell it to you because then you'd know who I am and have all my info. So, as I already stated, I will not do that and open myself and family up for retaliation. Regardless of what you say about the law or promises that you wouldn't do that. After the way I was treated by pride,, there is NO WAY I will do that. Sorry.
