I gave the rating I did, because Danielle gave EXCELENT customer service. I contacted the dealership via email/website regarding possibly trading in my 2012 Santa Fe for a 7 passenger. She was extremely helpful, and understanding of my need to communicate via email. I am a mom of a 3 yr old and a 8 month. She was very patient with me, I had allot of questions. Despite not agreeing on a price for the 2013 Santa Fe, she continued to be nice, helpful and was understanding. I hope some day we can make a deal, and that everyone else is as nice as her!! 5 Star Service!! I would know, I work in customer service, too!!! More
I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Tucson there with only 5000 miles on it; two weeks later referred my mom who bought a 2005 Hyundai Tucson. The whole experience was horrible. First, I told Jonathan I was a nurse, so do not really have a lot of time unfortunately. The day of my vin check, I was there first thing in the morning because I had to be at work at 11am. He said someone would call me to let me know what was going on, and that most likely my car would be dropped off to me ( I am a pediatric nurse and had a case in Providence). So, I left my 5 yr old's car seat in my vehicle based on our conversation. Long story short, never received a call. I had to call that evening to inquire about my vehicle and it was then that Jonathan proceeded to tell me that my vehicle was ready. And this was around 6:30 pm and my shift was due to end at 7pm. I never received a phone call or anything. My car was dropped off to me the next day at my patient's house by one of the lady's who had no clue as to why I wasn't called. She was very professional and felt bad about what had happened. I was suppose to get a referral check from them, never received it even though Jonathan told me he had already filed the paperwork; it has been two months and to make matters worse; my Toyota Camry they were suppose to have paid off in full with Capital One, never occurred. On 3/7/14 a payment came out of my account, I just called Capiatl who said Pride never paid it in full and that they had contacted them. Therefore, the payment was redrawn from my checking account that's still linked to my Toyota Camry ( direct pay set up) and another is due to come out tomorrow on 3/14 for the same amount ( then the car will be paid off). I am speechless at this point, it is disheartening to see that they call themselves a company. I am stuck making two car payments, they never return phone calls and when I call someone is always BUSY...Spare yourself the headache please. Unlike the sales department; the servicing department is very professional and courteous. I just contacted the BBB and will be filing a complaint!! More

We took out the Dodge Caravan that they had on the used lot. The car was amazing and well taken care of. Caitlin asked if we would like to try and get a loan to purchase the Vehicle. We gave her all of out information and a deposit to hold the Caravan. Later the next day we found out we had not only gotten the loan for the car but we also had made a drastic drop in what we were paying for our other car. The dealership had made it easy for the charge off also. They took care of that so quickly that it was done before we signed the loan application. Everyone there was so nice to us that we will be recommending it to others More

We bought out Santa Fe from Pride, and at first we though we had gotten a great deal. 2 years later it has to go in for 3 recalls. The recalls were done and when we left I felt the shifter was hard to shift. we had gotten a great deal. 2 years later it has to go in for 3 recalls. The recalls were done and when we left I felt the shifter was hard to shift. Continued home and parked it. Went to go out that night and the shifter was frozen. Amazingly my transmission went. After getting the run around that I didn't have an extended warranty, and they found out I did. Then they wanted all the paper work for service that was ever done to the car before they would approve a "used" transmission. Tony was a little surprised to see us bring in a folder of all the services we had done on the car ( I take care of my vehicles). After waiting a week for the car to be fixed and not even being offered or given a loaner ( we were told no) We go to get in the car to leave and the check engine light is on, so my husband goes back in to the service dept.. Ohh they forgot to plug in an o-2 sensor! In my opinion they were trying to milk us out of a great deal of money. After that experience, I no longer trusted the car any more, so we went to Tarbox Hyundai and got a fabulous deal on a brand new 2014 Tuscon. But come to find out Tarbox did a car fax on the old car and found out it was in an accident, which we were never told about! Will NEVER ever buy from Pride again. Buyer beware! Ask for a car fax!!! And if you do buy from there, good luck to you! More

This was my first time leasing a brand new car and a few of my family members have gotten cars from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk so I decided to try them out. When I arrived I was greeted at the door with a sm of my family members have gotten cars from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk so I decided to try them out. When I arrived I was greeted at the door with a smile and was lead to the sales man named Sean Smith. Sean was very polite and was not pushy at all!!! Sean went above and beyond for me by letting me test drive the car is was interested in, explained all of the features in a professional/ knowledgeable fashion and got me the BEST price around! They had so many great incentives like recent college grad, and repeat customer incentive! After a great day at the dealership I told Sean I needed to go home and talk it over with my family. I returned 2 days later and told Sean I wanted to lease a car from them. In those 2 days the car I wanted sold, but Sean told me not to worry and again went above and beyond for me by locating the car at another dealership for me. He went to go get the car while I was finalizing the paperwork and before I knew it I was driving away in my new Hyundai Elantra GT!!!! I am 100% satisfied with this dealership and Sean Smith. I recommend Sean Smith to anyone looking to buy/ lease a great affordable car at Pride Hyundai. Pride Hyundai got me the best deal I could get and beat all of the other dealerships prices! At the end of the day I walked away as a very happy customer who will be returning to Pride Hyundai for all of my future cars.
