Great experience! After a less then enjoyable experience at another Hyundai dealership, my husband and I drove an extra 30 minutes to look at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. After a less then enjoyable experience at another Hyundai dealership, my husband and I drove an extra 30 minutes to look at Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. Boy am I glad we did! From the beginning there was a sense of respect that we never received elsewhere. Roy was straight forward and answered every question we had with integrity, another trait we found lacking at other dealerships. The decision to purchase came easy. I highly recommend Roy and Pride Hyundai of Seekonk to anyone looking for an honest, informative, car buying process! More

Annoyance to happiness I referred my daughter to Hyundai for a purchase. Whatever could go wrong went wrong. I was told I would receive a referral check and a paint pen. I referred my daughter to Hyundai for a purchase. Whatever could go wrong went wrong. I was told I would receive a referral check and a paint pen. Five months after car purchase, no referral check and no paint pen. I made two calls to the location and still no result. I finally went into the location in person looking to report the complaint .to upper management. Jonathan Borges welcomed me and listened to the situation. He right away advised that he would resolve both my issues. He immediately sort out Roy Silveira Sr. who right away took my information for the referral check. Within about 30 minutes, I had my check and the paint pen. When I walked into the dealership I was ready to never buy another Hyundai at the location. By time I left, I'd reconsidered my decision. I thank Jonathan and Roy Sr for their prompt attention and resolution to my issue and understanding of my annoyance for having to make multiple calls with no result. Worst Experience Customer service was horrible My mom and I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Hyundai car. We went to Hyundai pride thinking it was a good place to buy a car. We had such a bad experience Luis My mom and I wanted a 2013 or 2014 Hyundai car. We went to Hyundai pride thinking it was a good place to buy a car. We had such a bad experience Luis Pabon was really pushy. I asked if we could see a 2014 Hyundai Accents that were 15,000 he said that wasn't the price for that car. I told him it was on theier website. Luis says prove it. I thought that was rude for him to say and I could prove it. I asked if he could show us cars in the 13,000 price range. He pointed to a row of cars. We asked him how much the 2013 Toyota Camry was and he said 11,000 to 12,000. We test drove the car and went inside to buy it.We spent 2 hours there filling out the loan information. He brings us the price of our trade in and the price of the Camry the Camry was 7,000 more than what he said. Luis said let me explain so we let him explain and he said I never said the car was 11,000 to 12,000. My mom and I heard him say that. He was so focused on us buying a car that he didn't even care we told him we had a price range. The manager comes over to explain the price. Johnathon was really nice. He told us the Toyota Camry was 19,000 and it would never be that low in price. I liked the manger but we felt like Luis was really pushy and we felt like he mislead us. We left there not buying a car and so upset how Luis' customer service was. If he was nice to us and tried to help us in the right way by finding us a car in our price range we would have bought a car from him.At my job I know that customer service goes a long way and if your not nice to your customer's you will not have any customers. I would never recommend this place just because of this one employee. We got a 2013 Hyundai Elantra at the Herb Chambers of Honda in Seekonk. We got it for the price we wanted and we got a lot of nice warranties for it. All of Honda's employee's were all so nice and actually cared about their customers. I recommend the Herb Chambers of Honda and I wrote a very nice review for that dealership. More

Wonderful experience! Bought my 2015 Hyundai Tuscan a few weeks ago, and couldn't be any more happy! I walked into the dealership with my sister and was greatly impressed, Bought my 2015 Hyundai Tuscan a few weeks ago, and couldn't be any more happy! I walked into the dealership with my sister and was greatly impressed, not only by the cars, but by the customer service. I've been to multiple dealerships within the same time and I felt as if I was pushed, and as if the salesmen were extremely pushy with me, and that turns me off completely when trying to make a decision so huge. Shawn Theroux one of the salesmen greeted us and we chatted for a little while; he showed us around, and was extremely comforting on making a decision, I did not feel pressured, and he accepted every part of my situation and helped me so much. I walked out of there within 2 days with a brand new, gorgeous white Hyundai Tuscan. After that I went to sign papers and David Rosendahl welcomed my mother and I to his office as if we were family, he was great, explained everything to us, every detail you could imagine, without even worrying that it was past the time the dealership closed. My family has been part of the Hyundai family for years and this is our 3rd Hyundai we bought from Pride, and I don't think we could ever go anywhere else! I give Hyundai in general 5 stars, and I also give Pride 5 stars for customer service! More
