He treated me like I was part of his family. He catered to EVERY single need/request that I asked for. I have never experienced such wonderful service. He never pushed the sale on me or made me feel like he was your typical car salesperson. And, after buying my car, Roy has CONTINUED to give me exceptional service. I have texted him about a couple of things I needed to have checked, and he replied right away and catered to all of my needs. He even squeezed me in at the end of the day with service to help me.
