We called the dealer and were treated horribly and left with very little explanation. More

Pride Hyundai takes pride in their service. I had a much better experience at Pride Hyundai than I did at other dealerships. I wasn't the typical car buyer as I was dealing with a specific situ I had a much better experience at Pride Hyundai than I did at other dealerships. Even if I just walked into the dealership and said I wanted to buy a car I feel like it would have been a much better experience than the typical dealers I've had in the past. It was very easy to talk to and deal with everyone at Pride. For me, my experience at Pride definitely put a dent into the typical reputation that car salesmen get and what buying a car should be like. More

Mahmoud Shawish in the finance department also deserves praise. He worked diligently to obtain financing for my car that suited both my budget and my needs. Leading the Way! Actually went to a different Hyundai dealership first where I wasn't impressed with any part of my visit. After inquiring about a particular vehicle, I was escorted to what I came for. Took test drive and was pleased with everything. The process of evaluating my trade to the price determination went so smoothly. Want to thank Fred the GM for his professional and personal interaction as well as Rob one of the Sales Managers. Both Managers treated me like a true customer. I even had a chance to meet the owners who were very friendly as well.
