Was ok With a new car I should not have had to ho back 5Times in 3 months. This is very disappointing. And the car was suppose to b clean when I bought it . Rear view camera failed. Never realized how much I have come to rely on my back up camera, it died. Windell figured out the problem and had a new one put in. Recall on 2 things From the time I walked in ,till the time my vehicle was ready. Very comfortable. Received call day before ,to tell me I have appt. Walked into service, gentleman that helped was very nice and professional. I waited for car, so I told him I had some work to do on my laptop. He showed me the waiting area, also showroom, there was an unused working area, desk.Checking with sales manager, ok to use. Sales manager changed chair to make it more comfortable. Safety check was also completed, had a few things that needed to get down, wasnt pressured by service to get it done. He told me they can do it if u want. I did have another thing done,besides recall items. It was done efficiently, with out problems. Work done waa explained to me, paid for the work that wasnt covered. No issues. Great job by staff.Sorry didn't get names from them. More

100% will be the minimum you receive when you visit the SC. The service center is very convenient to enter right from the parking lot. The counter agents are readily there once you enter the service department. My overall expectations are always met. My most recent visit, July 6, 2019, I received and oil change. When I looked over the invoice, it was probably the best invoice I have ever read. I returned today, July 8, 2019 and spoke to Mr. Tony Fernandes, Service Department Manager about a matter regarding a New Car Hyundai Warranty, 5 Years/60,000 Miles. I asked him if, when getting and oil change, does the service department check tire pressure and add windshield washer fluid. He said, yes the tires are checked and that all fluids are topped off. I was satisfied and appreciated Mr. Fernandes' help also in regards to setting up an on-the-spot check of my car with a Collision Department Staffer (John) to discuss a Warrantable Repair. Overall, I like Pride Hyundai and think that the Owner Girl in the commercials is ... beautiful. Matt More
