Repair I feel that my wife was taken advantage of when she brought in her Hyundai for repair. The problem was a faulty catch on the petrol cap door and Pride I feel that my wife was taken advantage of when she brought in her Hyundai for repair. The problem was a faulty catch on the petrol cap door and Pride Hyundai replaced both that and the sending unit which I doubt was necessary. $250!!!! I purchased the car from this same dealership and paid a LOT of money for the extended warrantee which was described to me as "Bumper to bumper". This repair was said to be not covered by the warrantee........ A petrol cap door is standard factory equipment........... If that isn't covered by a "Bumper to bumper" warrantee......... WHAT IS? Promotions For the second time I went to look at something else. I didn’t want or need to trade mine (purchased at Pride.). I did go back to look and although I had an appointment on Friday 12/27 with Emily we ended up working with Angel. I was very happy to work with him. He answered all my questions. He ran back and forth checking on things. Other workers came to introduce themselves and shake our hands. The were wonderful. Unfortunately, through no fault of Angel or anyone else we left without purchasing. The bank wanted at least a $2500 down payment, which we didn’t have. On Monday 12/30 we received a call from Angel telling us about another truck with the same deal we were offered on the last visit. I think Angel felt as bad as we did and he apologized. We left on Monday with a gently used fully loaded truck. I would recommend them to others. More
