Excellent and professional service department. I had a miner problem but the Manager wasted no time to resolve the issue. I travel from Smyrna to have my car serviced by the New Castle dealership. Purchased a hybrid vehicle from there and they do not want to honor their warranties. Sold me bull crap electrical warranty for my car that they do not want to honor. The salesman Nick was great. Very informative and helpful. The finance department on the other hand is a joke and very incompetent. You would have thought this was their first time selling someone a helpful. The finance department on the other hand is a joke and very incompetent. You would have thought this was their first time selling someone a car. I was told I qualified for a 500 dollar veterans discount then was told I don’t because I’m not “retired” or “medically retired.” I guess I served 10 years for no reason. They then offered me the same discount for a new grad discount. I emailed them a copy of my diploma which a week later wasn’t good enough. I was told I had to bring in a copy along with a second pay stub when originally I was told they only needed one. I was told if I did not bring these documents in that they would have to take the car back. Then not even 2 days after that I was told the email I sent was good enough for the copy of my degree. Now here we are a month later and they called to tell me they lost the title to the car I traded in and now I have to take time out of my day to come sign more documents. More
