Wow, your response gave me the impression you would try to bring closure to your error. In reality I did reach our to Marrisa last week, two phone call's, two voice messages and no response from her. Price Toyota just went dark after sending their reply on Dealer Rater. Maybe Marrisa is actually a Chat Bot Price sends all their Service complaints too. As I said earlier it's not about the money its the principal of the issue. I'll take my car somewhere else and have it fixed. This will bring closure to this situation. Now I'll go dark on Price Toyota and never set foot on their property again.
