Meghan my service advisor was very nice, oil change and tire rotation went fine. However The Service Tech who handled my TPMS tire pressure Monitoring system problem did not fix the problem, 20 minutes in tire rotation went fine. However The Service Tech who handled my TPMS tire pressure Monitoring system problem did not fix the problem, 20 minutes into my ride home the TPMS light came back on just as it did before. Called Meghan explained what happened she said to bring the car back the following day and they would correct the problem. Brought the car back the next day where they wanted to charge me $200.00 more then the $284.93 they charged me yesterday. Said it was an additional sensor that went bad, I disagree due to the fact it takes 20 minutes for the TPMS system to reset itself, it never reset to a corrected to an everything is now good, just went back to the original problem, blinking indicating light. Said to Meghan the TPMS should have been fixed the first go-around and I shouldn't have to pay an additional $200.00 for what I think your Tech replace the wrong sensor. Service Manager said he would lower his price by $10.00. They lost a customer for ever, my thinking is they want me to pay for their mistake. More

Been using Price for years. Have all services done there on both our Toyotas. Just purchased a new Rav 4 hybrid. Excellent service from Troy and the sales team. They were great. The service at this location has really gone from great to horrible. The last couple of services did not go well. Had my wife’s 2018 Highlander in for service and they measured the tire depth the same al to horrible. The last couple of services did not go well. Had my wife’s 2018 Highlander in for service and they measured the tire depth the same all the way around when two of the tires were new and two were originals. Then the Door actuator failed on my 2018 4Runner drivers door ($1,000) and three weeks later the passenger side. They offered no discount or repair option to help with an issue on the second actuator that should have never occurred on a vehicle with only 35k miles. I’ve owned many vehicles in my life and never had to replace a door actuator! My entire family owns Toyota’s but I will think twice before I buy another one. More
I bought my RAV4 in 2016 and bought over $2,000 worth of warranty, which included dent protection. I called and spoke with Chris to confirm that dents were covered under my warranty. He told me yes and to b warranty, which included dent protection. I called and spoke with Chris to confirm that dents were covered under my warranty. He told me yes and to bring the car in to make sure it met the qualifications. I brought it in thru the service station and they again confirmed that yes it would be covered and had me make appointment to bring the car in and they told me that it should only take 45 min to max 2 hours. I made the appointment for the following week and came in at 8am. After 3 hours of waiting, the service guy came in and tried to say this is going to take another 3-4 hours and that they didn’t realize it was going to take this long and tried to say I would need a rental. Then a half hour later, the same service guy came out and said your warranty is expired and it’s not even going to be covered. So then why did the warranty guy said it was covered and why did service say it was covered and why the xxxx did they have me wait over 3 hours. In that 3 hour time all they did was replace the light bulb for the fog light that I had asked them to replace— that they had the audacity to charge me $48 for. They clearly can’t read or do their jobs competently and don’t care about their customers. More
