Pretty straight-forward experience. Came to look at, and potentially purchase, a new Prius, but was not sure which Prius I wanted, or would be best for me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This vvisit was the result of the steering shaft recall. When I called I was immedately provided a convenient appoitment. Everything was good, Except that I had to pay for Installing a air filter, when they already had the old one out to show me! Been coming there since 2000 and have every thing done there. I came in to have recall work done and have a spare key made. I had to have another problem adddressed which the rep brought to my attention with a fair price. came in for a recall. They also found a cracks in the drivebelt of my Prius. I'm glad they look further than the things at hand.
