I specifically wanted a hybrid car and when I asked other associates for specifications, they were not readily available. As soon as I walked into Price, the sales associate was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He was not pushy or inconsiderate. When we went for a test drive, he actually opened the door for my fiance and sat in the back. His jovial response was, "She is going to sit in the front more often than the back." That made a huge difference in the quality of time with Price. It was a positive impact. Everything thereafter was just as smooth including the transaction. The car itself (2012 prius) is exceptional as well. Very competitive in its pricing, performance, and mpg. It is a no-brainer why I chose the Toyota model hybrid. More

Ev who helped me the day I came in to buy my Highlander but everyone was extremely helpful and went out of their way to get me the vehilce I wanted. Even going as far as bringing it from another dealer so I could have the color I wanted. I worked with Charlie prior to coming in but he was not there the day I came in. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More

I have purchased three Toyotas from Price over the years for two good reasons. First, Toyota's are by far the most dependable and well-made trucks and SUVs I have ever owned or driven. I am a hard person to please, but I was very well pleased on 13OCT12 at Price Toyota. Christopher and Jeff were NOT "high pressure", which is refreshing for us. All the Price Toyota associates were friendly on 13OCT12 at Price Toyota. Christopher and Jeff were NOT "high pressure", which is refreshing for us. All the Price Toyota associates were friendly and said hello to Suzanne and I, and they were all happy campers. The enitre brick and mortar dealership was brand new, modern, well designed, spotlessy clean and world class. Price and Toyota have made a substantial investment in this dealership and it is very impressive. The coffee brewed with the BUNN machine was robust and unique (truly good coffee is rarely served anywhere - even in good restaurants; weak cofee cannot be corrected; yours was perfect). I decided on The Tacoma Prerunner because of the decades-long excellent, constant, unbiased data provided by Consumer Reports Magazine, which we have subscribed to every year since 1975, as well as Motor Week on PBS. The midsized trucks made by Ford and GM are no longer produced, so Toyota may be soon dominating the market for this type vehicle and the price may soon rise for this particular size vehicle (as pointed out to me by Christopher). My brother has been a Toyota owner for many years, which also influenced my choice. Sue and I had been a GM sedan and station wagon owner from 1970 to 2009. And every single one used oil, had similar quirky shortcomings and unchanging designs (however, the automatic transmissions were very reliable). Body rust plagued all of them. We owned a 1991 Ford Festiva (built by Kia). We put 222,000 miles on it; the only major failure was the automatic transmission (AT) - the input shaft snapped (even though the car was not abused). Our 1999 Mercury Sable had 137,000 miles on it when the DTC code P1744 (torque converter malfunction) appeared. I had performed much better than average fluid/filter PMCS on the AT. An AT failure with only 137k is unacceptible. So, Ford has a bad AT reputation with me. The "Big Three" stubbornly held on to their big gas guzzler, oil burning engine mentality way too long for me and have lost my alligiance to them. So we have made our conversion to Toyota complete: We also own a 2008 Yaris which we are very happy with (43 mpg at many fill-ups, 39 mpg average since we bought it - I hve the Excel data to prove it). I will certainly spread the good news about Price Toyota and their great team and great vehicles!! More
