If one person is so dishonest it leads me to believe others are too. At times he seemed very lost as if not understanding his job and we were refered to a manager who babied him. This gentleman was not very nice, actually very rude. and the informantion he gave us was completely different from what Richie gave us. Perhaps this is just the Price employees way of business. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Price in the past and had excellent experiences and I had refered many people. I can assure you this will stop and will not be returning and will bad mouth Price Toyota any chance I get. I left the dealership disgusted and went right to Hertrich and bought the truck, no lies and no hassle.I even recieved a follow up call from Hertrich the next day. Great customer service and care. your people can't even return a phone call when someone is trying to throw money at them. More

This was our third van purchased from Pete and it has been a wonderful experience every time. He takes the time to find us exactly what we are looking for and get us the best deal possible. I travel 1 hr from PA into the dealership for a Corolla n walk out with a Camry this dealership is friendly n they do not rush you to buy anyting .. I have to say this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was admittedly a little confused by the process since I was never there before, but in the end I was very impressed b experiences I have ever had. I was admittedly a little confused by the process since I was never there before, but in the end I was very impressed by how easy and painless everything was. The waiting room was fantastic... best ever... and the work was done extremely quickly and efficiently. Before I knew it, I was back on my way. Everything about this experience was positive. I'm used to car maintenance being a nuisance, but if this is what I can consistently expect from Price then I think that impression could change. More

I've dealt with this dealership off and on for over 20 years and today they are better than ever and I wonder why I ever went anywhere else. The service department is a pleasure...you can make your appointment online for as early as 7am! You can make yourself a cup of coffee and watch some TV while you wait. The sales staff is exceptional as well...I've dealt with Elaine Pauleuc twice now and I hope it's not the last. She is very well informed about all the new features and programs that make buying or leasing about as easy as it can be. She's the best I've ever worked with. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone...friend, family, or stranger...who cares to know my opinion. You're just wasting your time anywhere else. More
