I own a Honda Civic Hybrid 2012 with about 46,000+ miles and it was due for service. Colleen Consalo gave us exceptional service and attention. I had a friend following me over to drop the car off. I and it was due for service. Colleen Consalo gave us exceptional service and attention. I had a friend following me over to drop the car off. I knew my neighbor had very limited time to wait for me because of their own appointment up in Dover. I had been told by another employee over the phone that if I came in early to drop the car off, I would need to wait until someone could check me in and they couldn't say how long that would be. My husband called Ms. Consalo. I hoped that most of my information was already in the computer and the service department could streamline my check in. Colleen offered to have everything ready when I arrived, and I really appreciated this efficiency so that my neighbor was not inconvenienced or late for her appointment. My car was ready at least an hour before I had expected it, and Colleen even had it washed for us as a special bonus. Colleen was so professional and was careful to advise me about the tire wear so that I could be considering replacements tires this fall. I thought we may have a warranty for the current tires that we had purchased elsewhere, so I wanted to check this out before making my decision. Colleen stated that the service department was very competitive with their prices for new tires and they would try to match or beat any tire prices if they could. Based on her offer, I will certainly give Price Honda a chance to help us with our tire choices before making a decision. Ms. Consalo is a tremendous Ambassador for Honda and we will ask for her assistance each time we come for service for either our Honda or Acura vehicles. I rate her 100% plus!! I don't understand the reviews here. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealer, a 2005 Odyssey, a 2010 Civic, a 2011 Pilot, and a 2012 Odyssey. Brad has been my sales person for all of the vehicles and he h cars from this dealer, a 2005 Odyssey, a 2010 Civic, a 2011 Pilot, and a 2012 Odyssey. Brad has been my sales person for all of the vehicles and he has been nothing but courteous and friendly. He has been very helpful even several months after the purchase of my vehicles. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I personally like the no haggle what you see is what you get. I have had all of my vehicles serviced at Price Honda without any issues. When I purchased the 2012 Odyssey the Rubber Floor Mats were not scheduled to come in until after a long trip. Steve in Accessories allowed us to take the mats from a vehicle in the show room (The mats we purchased were scheduled to come in the day after we left). Joe from the finance department worked with Honda to retrieve any money I had left over from unused warranty time . I have found them to be a great place to purchase my vehicles from and will continue to do so. More
I have never dealt with a company that was so unprofessional. They have complete disregard for their customers and I am shocked that Honda and Acura would allow their names to be associated with unprofessional. I hope that no other person has to deal with their arrogance. More
Aweful dealership. Will never buy from again and have told all my friends and family to go buy in MD. For the best price and customer service. Did not return on my phonecall to make a deal. Tried to told all my friends and family to go buy in MD. For the best price and customer service. Did not return on my phonecall to make a deal. Tried to tell me that my trade in condition was link to the market demand for the vehicle. What a joke ! Its the condition of the vehicle: Looks new and is in excellent mechanical condition. Has never had any paint or bodywork, does not need reconditioning and is free of rust. The engine compartment is clean and free of fluid leaks. The body and interior are free of wear or visible defects. Clean title history and will pass a safety and smog inspection. Complete and verifiable service records.. Just rude, cocky....tired of these dealers. Also don't buy into their no hassle price negotiation belief. They where quoating me $1,500 more than other dealers. And they will not negotiate. Also they where reluctant to reduce even for returning loyal customers. Lets make a deal can you locate a vehicle with the options and color we want and they ignored and told us we have so an so coming in do you like them. I was like do you listen to what the customers want? USELESS More
Took my honda accord in for a routine oil change. The mechanic striped the oil pan nut and then tried to cover it up. The service mgr told me he tried to fix it but the mechanic must have been in a hurr mechanic striped the oil pan nut and then tried to cover it up. The service mgr told me he tried to fix it but the mechanic must have been in a hurry and striped it. He indicated those things happen especially if the oil is changed frequently. He then told me I could live with the drip of oil or replace the oil pan at my expense and handed me an estimate for $345 to replace it if I wanted to. I immediately took the car to another Honda dealer and they documented that the nut was stripd nd replaced the oil pan. I then complained to the better business bureau and the ttorney generals office and Price Honda agreed to reimburse men the $345 I paid to have the oil pan replaced. Would not recommend this service to anyone. More
Not the first problem I have had with this dealer since they Rebuilt their Buildings. ALSO I am a Former ASE Certified Mechanic - Not employed as one for the past 6 years so I know the business. Call they Rebuilt their Buildings. ALSO I am a Former ASE Certified Mechanic - Not employed as one for the past 6 years so I know the business. Called up to get a price on a part the Parts Department guy says We won't give you that price unless you give us the Vin Number on your car. So I call another dealer THEY GIVE ME THE PRICE and they tell me that is a stupid policy. The parts guy actually got in an argument with me for longer then it would take to look the price up... GEES The policy was not because they didn't want to waste time on people shopping for parts the policy AS HE STATED is because they wont guarantee the part fits my car... He even said if i came to the parts window in person he would give me the price. Thats xx they want to track my car in their system. I think I know what type of car i have driven for the past 10 years and I am giving the guy the exact part I want... LOOK IT UP AND MAKE THE SALE... So I am either going to order online or Drive to that other dealer. My previous problem was with a Timing Belt I wanted replaced.. They wouldn't even give me a ballpark estimate unless I WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR AN APPOINTMENT and they took a look at it. I couldn't even talk to the service manager or a Mechanic to ask a simple question. ITS A FRICKEN TIMING BELT IF YOU TAKE IT APART TO LOOK AT IT YOU MIGHT AS WELL DO THE JOB.... AND WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR A BALLPARK ESTIMATE? Dealers have BOOK RATE they know exactly how long a job will take and its cost before the job is started. They use that info to tell you the Estimate Price and to pay the Mechanic if the shop pays by the Piece and not by the Hour. That has been Dealer Policy for Decades. Since they rebuilt the place things have really changed. Everyone just seems Ticked Off at that place. They are only good for a VERY LAST RESORT be careful I went out of my way to write this review ... PLEASE take note and if you think they are jerking you around run don't walk away... BAD DEAL More
This has to be one of the nicest dealerships I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. They greet you the minute you walk in. They introduce themselves and hand you a card. They are not on commission and st had the pleasure of visiting. They greet you the minute you walk in. They introduce themselves and hand you a card. They are not on commission and still go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. This dealership has what they call the "no hassle" buying policy. They have stickers in the windows of all the cars, and I mean ALL of the cars, new and used. This is the price you pay. No more, no less. No haggling. No games. No players. They take you for a walk through of the dealership, introducing you to the different people in the depatments, such as parts, sales, service etc. They make you feel so comfortable. The salesman was very informative and worked with me. He did not try to sell me something that I could not afford. He suggested different things to me, but the final decision was mine and mine alone. They appraised my trade and let me see exactly where they got their figure. They did not hide anything. I did not have to wait on people to come back from back rooms to see if they could get me a better deal. Everything is upfront and in the open. I highly recommend that you drive the extra miles to give this dealer a try. In this day and age, this was one pleasant surprise. More
