I brought my 2017 CRV for my 100,000 mile service as well as an issue I had with the fuel filler I wanted to have addressed. Bill the shop foreman came out to assess the issue during his lunch break and sai as an issue I had with the fuel filler I wanted to have addressed. Bill the shop foreman came out to assess the issue during his lunch break and said it should be no problem to repair and replace. Nicole, the assistant Service Manager took over from there and set up the appointment as well as a loaner for the time that was needed to complete the required service and repair. I came in the day of the appointment and was greeted by Nicole immediately. She discussed the work that needed to be performed and gave me the loaner for use. I received a call later that day and she said that everything came out fine with the service and repairs and I told her that I would be in the following morning to pick up my CRV. I came in the next morning and Nicole went over the service invoice and discussed all the work performed. I am completely satisfied with the work that was completed in an expeditious manner and highly commend both Bill, the Shop foreman, and Nicole, the Assistant Service Manager, for the time and care they both took to accommodate me and the service of my CRV. I highly recommend this service team. More

I just purchased a 2023 vehicle that zi believe was a trade off as its a kia. Engine light is on after just 3 months. Called the dealership set up appointment. The car is a 2023 bought it on good faith now and I feel they may have sold me a lemon car and they are not attempting to help. Don't purchase a trade in at this dealership they dont have any customer service to help customers who didn't purchase Honda vehicles. I'm very dissapointed. Kia don't have any openings for service and I'm waiting for a week for car to be serviced meanwhile I have no way to commute and Honda offered no help! And can't drive the car 😒 More
