New 2021 Wrangler. Conner was great getting me started. Mark picked up the ball and ran with it for a touchdown. Two great and helpful guys. "Mr. Holden" knew they had the sale, they had my deposit, passed their credit check, they knew it was what I was looking for, and driving 2 hours each way to pick it up. I don't know why someone felt the need to "send in the heavy" - Louis to pressure me to be there in short order before I had my insurance payment that was coming if a few days or he'd sell this Jeep. Guess some old sales habits don't go away, even with the car shortage we're in now and having a guaranteed sale. That was the only negative, (and the loss of a star). Pick up day went smoothly with Mark. Everyone that was there that day was happy, helpful, pleasant, and we enjoyed our time there. Went in for service to have new battery installed. Front desk personnel were polite, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Have been very happy with this dealership but last time there, not so much. Wanted info on ordering new Ram but was basically told to not bother because of shortage of vehicles and difficulty with getting there, not so much. Wanted some basic ideas on models etc but salesman was reluctant to delve into it for me. I was told to check back in Spring! This was not very encouraging! More

I took my dad's van to have the slipping transmission checked and I asked the man behind the counter if the work would be covered under the Power train warranty and he told me that it was still covered checked and I asked the man behind the counter if the work would be covered under the Power train warranty and he told me that it was still covered for another 7 months. See that the work was covered under warranty I agreed to have them put the van on the computer because the cost of $ 99.99 was covered. When I was called and told the work was done and nothing was found wrong so I could come pickup my van. When I got there I was told that they didn't find anything wrong and that I had to pay $ 99.99 for the cost of the computer analysis. I reminded them that it was still under extened warranty but they argued that it wasn't under warranty. After covid sickness in my family were taken care of I called Holden. Dodge and talked to the service manager Jason Morris and we both argued about whether or not the the computer analysis was covered under the extended warranty or not. I told him that if I had been informed that there wasn't a extened warranty that I wouldn't have had them do the work. He told me that none of his people would have told me that it was covered if it wasn't covered. The service manager Jason Morris hung on me. My advice to everyone, GO TO ANY OTHER CAR DEALERSHIP BEFORE EVEN THINKING ABOUT SEEKING ASSISTANCE AT HOLDEN DODGE IN DOVER DELAWARE. More
