Lies,Lies,Lies 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Everything was great, I thought to myself “what a pleasant buying experience.” They told me truck hadn’t been through shop yet 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 Everything was great, I thought to myself “what a pleasant buying experience.” They told me truck hadn’t been through shop yet, so stand by for a final price. Ok. Couple days later truck comes out of shop. They show me the list of repairs, I make offer, they counter offer, I accept. Easy. Make appt. to pick car up. Everybody is happy. 2 hours before my appt. Salesperson texts me and tells me car was SOLD to someone else. As I’m reading text, the sales manager calls wife and tells her that they found too much damage during inspection and the car was not for sale anymore. I call sales manager, caught in a lie, he digs himself a little deeper, but finally admits. they sold the car for MORE to someone else. BUT WAIT, we have a newer,shiner truck for sale for ONLY $6000 more. Lies...Bait and switch....Buffoonery! Stay away! Mistakes can be forgiven. Lies are forever and show true LACK of integrity, something vital for a dealership. I encourage the dealership to refute the situation. More

AWFUL! Poor attitude, communication, Poor results I took my 2011 Dodge 2500 Diesel to Holden Dodge due to a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem as that I improperly jumped my truck. When I I took my 2011 Dodge 2500 Diesel to Holden Dodge due to a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem as that I improperly jumped my truck. When I informed them that the batteries were 1 year old and in perfect condition, and that the truck had never been jumped, I was then informed, "WELL WHATEVER THE BOTTOM-LINE IS THAT YOU NEED A NEW WIRING HARNESS OR YOUR TRUCK SOON STOP RUNNING WITH ADDITTIONAL DAMAGE"! Now after driving 75 miles, with more than $650 in repairs and a new wiring harness the check engine light is back on. I called Holden and they told me to bring my truck back-in and they would look at it. When I asked if the cost of the diagnostic check and any additional repairs would be Holden's cost, I was informed NO! While the diagnosis was free I would be responsible for any additional repairs. The repair manager told me that sometimes it takes several repairs to determine the exact defect and that is the cost of owning a vehicle. More

Avoid this place at all cost! Wow!!!! There are no words that can describe the expierence we had at Holden Dodge! Last night my boyfriend and I went to Holden Dodge in Dover with Wow!!!! There are no words that can describe the expierence we had at Holden Dodge! Last night my boyfriend and I went to Holden Dodge in Dover with the intention of purchasing a 2014 Dodge RAM Blacktop Edition. I purchased my current vehicle from the dealership and wanted to continue to do business with them because they are a small, local, family owned dealership that has been in business for many years. We had been to the dealership on multiple occasions and actually got the process going over the phone. We arrived to the dealership at around 5pm with the intention we were going to sign the papers and drive off into the sunset. Well we were totally wrong! The salesman Jim at Holden Dodge was extremely rude and arrogant! Jim made some pretty offensive comments and began to question my financials without knowing my situation (divorced with a credit score of 810). Before the process went further, we wanted to speak with Bill Holden Jr. in regards to his salesperson. To make a long story short Bill Holden Jr., along with a manager basically brushed the whole incident off. That’s when we threw the two kids, ages five and one, in their car seats, grabbed some McDonalds and made the forty-five minute trip to Carman in New Castle. As soon as we pulled into the front of the dealership we were warmly greeted by Anthony Brown. We told him what we wanted and the situation we had just experienced. Carman has the biggest selection (THIRTEEN) we have EVER seen in regards to the RAM Blacktop Edition. Anthony immediately got the ball rolling and provided us with options that were never available or mentioned by Holden Dodge. Anthony was amazing! Anthony got us an amazing deal with the GM Joseph Triboletti, who I might add was just as fantastic as Anthony! Anthony and the GM Joseph Triboletti are not the typical type of individuals you deal with at a dealership. They were so much more. Those two individuals are excellent at what they do and should continue to do what they do! We were impressed on how professional and smooth the transaction was from the beginning until the moment we rolled off the lot. We are so thrilled with our Carman experience; we will be making the forty-five minute trip to have our vehicles serviced there! Holden Dodge has lost life customers and it will be only a matter of time before Holden Dodge will go belly up and be obsolete. We would advise anyone to go check out Carman in New Castle, especially if you are a USAA Member because they are a USAA Certified Dealership. They are only one of two USAA Certified Dealers in the State of Delaware and offer additional incentives you would not receive anywhere else. Trust us, you WILL NOT be disappointed! TOOK MY VEHICLE THERE TO HAVE SERVICE LIGHTS PUT OUT. COST ME OVER $1000.00 AND THEY ONLY PUT OUT 1 LIGHT. EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED ME FOR FOUR LIGHTS. THEY ERRONEOUSLY TOLD ME I NEEDED PARTS TO GET THE COST ME OVER $1000.00 AND THEY ONLY PUT OUT 1 LIGHT. EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGED ME FOR FOUR LIGHTS. THEY ERRONEOUSLY TOLD ME I NEEDED PARTS TO GET THE OTHER LIGHTS OUT. I ENDED UP DOING ENOUGH RESEARCH TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEMS MYSELF. AFTER SPENDING A TON OF MONEY ON PARTS I DIDN'T NEED. WHAT CAN YOU SAY ABOUT A PLACE LIKE THIS? CERTAINLY NOTHING NICE. IF YOU HAVE MORE MONEY THAN BRAINS, THEN THIS IS THE RIGHT SHOP FOR YOU. More
Had timing belt along with water pump, oil pump performed on a 2000 Chrysler Concorde. Motor blew up 4 weeks later (rod bearings). Service dept. would not honor there guarantee. Suspect this is because this on a 2000 Chrysler Concorde. Motor blew up 4 weeks later (rod bearings). Service dept. would not honor there guarantee. Suspect this is because this engine was a 2.7 litre that the company is having major problems with. Would not take my lawn mower there to be worked on. More
