I had an engine light come on twice in two weeks. The second time the dealer told me that the issue was due to a lanyard on gas cap. They charged me 99 dollars for that and the car is under warranty. I had a problem with the radio in my 2014 Durango. They replaced the radio, but there was a problem receiving the XM channels. I checked it out with XM, but they couldn't get it to work. I took it back to replaced the radio, but there was a problem receiving the XM channels. I checked it out with XM, but they couldn't get it to work. I took it back to the dealership. They ran multiple tests trying to get it to work. The last test showed that the new radio was defective. They ordered another new one and replaced it quickly. I contacted XM, and they had my service working in a few minutes. Thanks for sticking with me and resolving the issue so quickly. From problem to solution was less than a week. More
I have been using Holden Dodge for Maintenance work on all my ram/jeep/dodge products for 18 years! Over the last several years the maintenance team has gone down hill. Why is the consumer informing the all my ram/jeep/dodge products for 18 years! Over the last several years the maintenance team has gone down hill. Why is the consumer informing the dealership of an extended power trane warrenty that covers the components quoted as bad in my vehicle? Had I not done the research i would have paid 2k in parts and labor for something that is covered by the power train warranty! Also, i recently took my ram in for an oil change/tire rotation and it looked as though the tires had not been rotated even though i was charged for the service! I have no proof they were not rotated other than the left side tires still had the curb wear from rubbing against the curb in front of my home! Next visit the tires will be marked to ensure i am not getting cheated! I no longer buy my vehicles from holden as i feel they do not have my best interest as a consumer in mind! Hard to argue that fact as they failed to try and save me money on my current maintenance issues! More

Cody was amazing to work with. U wanted to be at a certain price point and he helped me work up several scenarios until I was comfortable with the payments.
