On our first visit she look us for test drives in a Highlander and a Hyundai Sante Fe. Throughout the test drives of both cars, she did a great job in pointing out the features of both cars, which greatly helped us to choose the car that would be best for us. Even though we were not quite ready to buy on that day (we wanted to check out other brands), Cassie stayed in touch without being intrusive. Once we made our decision, she was ready to move us smoothly through the purchase process. I would definitely recommend Cassie to any of our friends interested in looking at Toyotas or Hyundais. In addition, the finance person (sorry, but we don’t remember his name) was also very professional and friendly. He walked us through the paperwork and additional warranty & service options without any sales pressure and helped choose the option that worked best for us. All in all, we had a great experience with Prestige personnel throughout the process and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This was by far our best car buying experience. More

After jumping from dealership to dealership, I quickly became discouraged. Prestige Toyota of Kingston was my last stop. Little did I know that it was the only stop I needed to make! Product Specialist, Gina Marie went above and beyond to find the right car for me. She was extremely thorough in her explanation of all the car's features during my test drive, and spent a great deal of time with me in my new car after my purchase to make sure I was fully informed on its operation (most notably, all the techie stuff that I was unfamiliar with). To top it off, she checked in with me at the end of the day to ask how my ride home was. I was blown away! Sales Manager, Mark Brown gave me a killer deal on my trade in - nearly double what other dealerships were offering me! And Business Manager, Brian McCarthy worked some magic to get me closer than I ever imagined possible to the monthly payments I was hoping for (and for a shorter term than I expected). Needless to say, I drove away a happy camper with a beautiful 2015 Toyota RAV 4. I really couldn't say enough about this team! They are truly awesome! More
