Great Sales and Service Departments I have bought more than seven [7] cars from Prestige Toyota dating back to my first Camry in 1996. Their Sales Department has always been very good i I have bought more than seven [7] cars from Prestige Toyota dating back to my first Camry in 1996. Their Sales Department has always been very good in meeting my family's needs and without using high pressure tactics. I just bought my first Hybrid Camry and was very happy with Noah, my sales associate, who was very understanding and helpful in working out my purchase. I am also pleased with all the extra time that Noah spent patiently explaining all the new features that are so different from my 2014 (non-Hybrid) and all the other Camry's I've owned. He is a "5-star" sales person! The other main reason I keep coming back to Prestige Toyota, even though I live almost an hour away, is because of Chuck and his Service Department. He has always gone "above and beyond" in whatever needed to be done as well as accommodating my concerns. He is also "5-Star"!!! More

This was my first car purchase and Noah made it a great experience. Not only did I feel there was no pressure, he made sure that I was 100% comfortable and happy with the purchase. There were some mishaps with the cleaning and detailing upon delivery, yet he and the dealership made things right and made sure I walked away happy. I would highly recommend this dealership, and would recommend purchasing through Noah. He is very knowledgeable and basically comes with the car! He made it very clear that when purchasing a car though him he comes with it, in other words he would be happy to help and answer any future questions you may have. It is a relieving feeling knowing that once you drive off the lot you are still a customer, and he wants to always make sure you are satisfied. More

Store Manager is"MIA" doesn't return calls "I had a leased 2015 Toyota Camry from Prestige. One month before the end of the lease term (February, 2018) the battery died. It would not hold a charge and it needed to be towed to the dealership. Not only did I have to pay for the tow but I also had to pay for a brand new battery. The sales manager was horrible and not at all helpful. All he kept telling me was what was not covered and how much it would cost me, etc. I kept reminding him that this was a Lease and I was approaching the end of the term and ready to lease a new Toyota from them. I could not understand why they were willing to lose me as a customer. He just kept saying it was not "covered". When does a battery last less than 3 years? The Sales Manager directed me to Toyota headquarters. Toyota Headquarters told me it was a dealership issue and I had to take it up with the dealership Manager. I have called the Dealer Manager at Prestige 2 times and left detailed voicemails and sent him an email. I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK. I am out $285.00 and Toyota now has the car back (lease ended) with a brand new battery and brand new tires that I purchased from Prestige in December, 2017. I am a loyal Toyota customer and ended up leasing a new one from Newburgh Toyota which was a pleasure to deal with. I am not sure what is going on at this dealership but there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE -- WHEN YOU NEED IT. I now have no choice but to contact my attorney and have them deal with the issue. Perhaps they will hear back. I actually wanted to give negative stars but it would not post without a star so I had to pick one. But do not be guided by that. This dealership gets NO STARS. More

The first day I went in to see him, they did a thorough assessment of my vehicle and offered me a fair value in trade. Rich gave me all the information I needed to compare the fleet vehicle I asked about with a new Tacoma, as well as purchase vs lease options. Rich was very respectful, gave me all the facts, and supported my choice - I am very happy with my new leased pickup. The other folks I dealt with were also very courteous and professional. I would recommend Prestige and both their Repair and Sales departments. More
