I would recommend recording conversations with him which seems ridiculous but its something to refer back to so you can "remind" him what he said. I brought my 2017 Tacoma with 2k miles in because there is premature wear on the drivers seat seating area. Chuck D looked at the seat and said he has never seen wear like this on a new truck so he scheduled the work under warranty. I just picked up the truck and they replaced the drivers side seat back cover and left the bottom cover which is where the most wear is. I went in to see what happened and Eric says that he was the one I spoke to when I first came in, which is a lie. I've never seen this guy in my life until today. Chuck was the guy who took the info and looked at the seat. Eric said that in his opinion the back was worse and there is only normal wear on the seating area and that he has changed many seat covers because of wear and that it will just happen again. First off, which is it? have you guys never seen this wear on a new truck or is it common? Second, how can you tell someone that you need to "just wait and see what happens, because if we change it, it will just happen again and Toyota hasn't come up with a solution to the seat wear" Way to stand behind your NEW vehicles. Then he finally says he will change the cover but I will need to reschedule an appointment but its just going to happen again, as he rudely walks away. I was an upholster for 15 years, I know what normal wear and tear is, this is premature wear. More

Fabulous Experience My salesman, John Hutton, greeted me immediately and made me feel at home right away. I described what I wanted and without missing a beat, he said I have a car for you. I test drove the car and he was spot on. It was exactly what I wanted and within the price range I felt I could afford. I started filling out paperwork right away so my car didn't get away from me. I don't buy cars very often and prefer to keep my cars for a long time. I have found that in the past buying a car was kind of distasteful with the haggling; feeling like I was in a competition where their were winners and losers. No longer. I feel like we both won and I get to drive this new to me Camry. At the time of pickup, Shannon Potter gave me all of the information I needed and got all of the paperwork together with a warm smile and a great sense of humor.
