Their service and finance departments have always been communicative, responsive and consumer friendly. Now I will happily add Kristen Morrell to my list of contacts there. Yesterday afternoon (after having filed our tax returns) my husband and I decided we wanted to test drive a pre-certified Camry which was listed on Prestige's website for the President's Day sale. There were no sales agents available due to the crowds, but Rebecca in service arranged for Kristen to come to our aid. She promptly got the keys and we test drove two cars. Kristen was patient, never pressured us and kept checking Prestige's inventory to be certain we were viewing all available models based on our criteria. Her attentiveness made our decision making painless. She helped with all the required paperwork, followed up with us today and we're looking forward to going back tomorrow to pick up the Camry.
