My 2017 Subaru Forester was totaled and my insurance company paid for a brand new 2021 Forester. I had already been in touch with a salesman recommended by a friend who was helping me look for a used fo company paid for a brand new 2021 Forester. I had a recall on my car and dealership fixed the recall but my vent in the dash was broke when they returned the car, they didnt even try to fix it just put it back together and didnt say anything about i but my vent in the dash was broke when they returned the car, they didnt even try to fix it just put it back together and didnt say anything about it to me untill I turned around and questioned them about it. The dearship said it was already broke before and it wasnt when I took it. I said we have to do something about it and I was told they would be in touch and a week has past NOTHING. customer service is not a priority I fixed the problem myself ........... We actually live out of state so we purchased the vehicle over the phone, Eric handled everything so on the day we picked up the Forester with our grandson nearly everything was taken care of. It was a first vehicle for our grandson so Eric was very thorough in explaining everything about the Subaru and then took our grandson for a drive to explain further. It was amazing personal service and an enjoyable experience too! More

I gave them every opportunity, explaining the discount below MSRP plus add on fees & taxes that I was finding during my shopping for a new Forester. Despite that, they were no where close to what I would consider a market sales price for the identical vehicle. Nice people. Professional. Very expensive vs. others. I'll be giving them a second chance though in the Service Department! If they provide great service, I'll be thrilled to post reviews of that experience. If it's poor, I'll post details on that performance as well. More
