We worked with Joe Tate I hadn't bought a new car since 2001. Joe was patient and answered all my questions - and I had a lot. Technology had changed quite a bit between 2001 and 2013. The finance person was quite helpful and gave me a great rate for a 7 year loan. A few weeks ago we traded in one of our imprezas for an Outback. We got to work with Kim Richardson this time. Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Her office was warm and welcoming. She made sure the trade went smoothly and that my partner got a fair trade in value for his 2013 Impreza. She found us the color we wanted with the interior color we desired. More
They sell lots of subarus...their service sucks! 0 Stars. We have leased a car here for the last 5 years. As the years have gone by, service has taken a dive. They sell you a great car, but good luck getting any maintenance, service or any emergency things that need attention in a timely fashion...like a major water leak in the roof rack. We have had 2 major leaks on our 2015 Outback, coming from the roof rack. Water seems to leak from the rack system down the side supports next to the driver side window, leaving the roof, door and finally the floor under the driver side full of water. You can imagine the stench and mold smell. But true to form, we have to sit in the stench and water until our appointment 45 days away. This is a factory defect. Don't buy a car here. They don't care. Sad because subarus are great cars. Go to a place that treats you with the same passion they sell you one. Update My response.. They forgot to say that we would have to pay the person/ external company out of pocket for a covered warranty issue.. then we would get reimbursed.. whenever they get to it. Maybe they should take responsibility for their poor service instead of make excuses for why they could not take care of us. Returned the Subaru .. did not want to lease again. Too bad.. great car did not match great service. More

check engine light 1 day after purchase I purchased my 2003 Toyota matrix on a saturday. On Sunday the check engine light came on. I brought the car back to have the problem resolved, but I I purchased my 2003 Toyota matrix on a saturday. On Sunday the check engine light came on. I brought the car back to have the problem resolved, but I was told it was the catalytic converter. They could turn the light off and do a $200 dollar tune up. This would not resolve the problem, just delay the replacement of the converter. No thanks. Pretty sure the check engine light was turned off for my test drive. More

My New Forester I went looking for a used car or truck to get myself back into a AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicle after a couple of years without one. I had virtually ta I went looking for a used car or truck to get myself back into a AWD or 4 wheel drive vehicle after a couple of years without one. I had virtually taken over my daughter's 14 year old Forester for most of my chores and recreational activities, and she was driving my newer car. I stopped by Prestige to look at new vehicles and to see how much more I would have to pay for a new vehicle.than going through the used car route. I was met by salesman Paul Morse, who spent a generous amount of time with me and showed me how I could come away with a new Subaru Forester for the same range of payment that I would have been making with a used vehicle. I am very pleased with my new Forester, and follow up from Paul has been great. This is the third Subaru in my family, but my first new one! I am very pleased with it and hope to be driving it for many years to come. I was very pleased with the whole experience at Prestige Subaru and would recommend them to anyone. More
