Guys are full of xxxx we put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle after bringing it to our mechanic that found a boat load of problems after telling the dealer about this they said they would take care of it vehicle after bringing it to our mechanic that found a boat load of problems after telling the dealer about this they said they would take care of it. A day or two after we decided it was too big of a risk to buy this vehicle so we returned and requested a refund of the deposit which he said would be mailed after months of waiting and calling we still have not received a check in the mail. I let the dealership know that I was coming for 2 months before showing up to look at a Volvo v50. They said it was available. It was on the lot for 3 years. Yet, when I got there, magically, the car had be before showing up to look at a Volvo v50. They said it was available. It was on the lot for 3 years. Yet, when I got there, magically, the car had been taken TWO DAYS BEFORE to get serviced and wouldn't be back before I had to go back to NYC. I let the dealership know I was coming, I had a cashier's check, everything was arranged and THEY KNEW I was coming but they were basically lying. The car is still listed on their website. They're criminals and cheats. DO NOT go there. The Guy Alex, that a lot of the reviews mention is a liar. NEVER GO HERE. More

My sales person was pretty alright and the staff was friendly. My only gripe is the vehicles get repaired after you buy them so there is a fair amount of wait time.
