I was welcomed and didn't feel any pressure from sales person (forgot his name, sorry) Very nice guy! All process took less than 2 hours! They finance and issue the plates right on the spot! I've been using this car for about 5 months now, no problems at all, great reliable car, good on gas and not that bad during snow days at all! Guys seem more knowledgeable than at Toyota, they even offered their own extended warranty on the battery, free of charge! If something happens to it, it's over $2000 savings right there! I went in with my mind set on one vehicle and when I wasn't as interested, there was no pressure to stick with it. I asked about other vehicles in the same body type(2015 Nissan Altima). Before I knew it, I had the keys in my hand and an even better interest rate than what I was pre-approved for. Not once did I feel nervous, uncomfortable, or obligated. Everyone there treated me like I was a close friend. If I ever have to buy again, I know where I'm looking first. THANKS, GUYS! More
